In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top five tycoon games on iOS in Kenya showcased varied performance trends in terms of revenue, downloads, and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Township by Playrix experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $764 in mid-October. Downloads saw a significant increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching 1,075 in the last week of December. Active users, however, showed a decline from 3.8K to 3.3K over the quarter.

SimCity BuildIt from Electronic Arts had a notable rise in weekly revenue, peaking at $126 at the end of November. Downloads were minimal but peaked at 83 in early December. Active users increased significantly, from 14 to 99 by the end of December.

Klondike Adventures: Farm Game by VIZOR APPS LTD saw its revenue peak at $118 in early December. Downloads were modest, with a peak of 22 in late December. Active users increased slightly, reaching 30 by the end of the year.

Hay Day by Supercell showed a steady revenue increase, peaking at $84 in the last week of December. Downloads peaked at 94 in early December, while active users climbed from 231 to 329 throughout the quarter.

Family Island — Farming game by Melsoft experienced fluctuating revenue, peaking at $91 in late October. Downloads remained low but peaked at 25 in the last week of December. Active users showed minor fluctuations, ending the quarter at 35.
